Young Ministers' Convention is a Spirit-led convening for young and emerging ministry gifts, church leaders, campus pastors and minstrels, to gather around the light of Scriptural Doctrine and God’s Now Word, to be further equipped in the Spirit as voices, vessels and visionaries of His End-Time Kingdom Agenda.

This Convention was hosted by Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, Pastor Debola Deji-Kurunmi's Spiritual mentoring platform on 29 and 30 July 2022 with the theme "Preparing the Way of the Lord" and anchor scripture;

A voice of one is calling out,

“Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness [remove the obstacles];

Make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God.

“Every valley shall be raised,

And every mountain and hill be made low;

And let the rough ground become a plain,

And the rugged places a broad valley.

“And the glory and majesty and splendour of the Lord will be revealed,

And all humanity shall see it together;

For the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.”

Isaiah 40:3-5

This Convention is a tool in raising the Next Generation of Ministry Gifts, called actively to the Body and Church of Christ as Gatekeepers for the things of God. God is preparing Disciplers, Intercessors, Teachers, and Ministry Gifts to equip saints sent to all spheres of influence in the society for Excellent Kingdom Execution.

The Holy Remnant - PDDK

In this epic welcome to Young Ministers' Convention, PDDK leads the saints in prophetic prayers and then ignites our hearts regarding the Holy Remnant.

God is raising saints and sons of the ecclesia who will deliver impact in the shortest possible time.

The Model of a Forerunner - Pastor Dele Osunmakinde

During this Session, Pastor Dele expands on the role of a forerunner in the ongoing revival. He teaches on the essence of "carpentarisation".The ongoing revival does not require you to be a pastor in order to be a minister. The perfect example is Jesus Christ who was first a carpenter, and he read the books of Isaiah and Psalms whilst being a carpenter prior to His ministry.

Pastor Dele also teaches on the role of a forerunner using John as an example.

Burning Passion for Global Missions - Pastor Dotun Arifalo

Pastor Dotun Arifalo literally lights up the hearts of the saints in relation to evangelism and missions. Your pulpit is anywhere you are and you should rise as a believer to preach the gospel. The mission of our Father must consume us! We need to love the mission of Christ and not just ministry.

The Prophetic Church - Prophet Tomi Arayomi

Prophet Tomi taught extensively about the position of the church today in Nigeria. He explains what the devil is attempting to do in Nigeria and what believers should in turn do.

Reawakening - PDDK

PDDK preaches on the importance of believers moving away from sin. The ecclesia can't make themselves into a residential estate for demons by frolicking in sin. We can't win this game by playing it at the level of sin and self. PDDK further said that the Lord is healing this generation of spiritual mediocrity.

The Scripturization of Things - Pastor Dele Osunmakinde

The greatest training you need as a minister is the 'scripturization' of things. Pastor Dele teaches extensively on the importance of the scriptures in the life of a believer.

An example that he built on is when the devil tempted Jesus in the wilderness and the way Jesus responded. He further expanded that there is nothing happening today that the Holy Spirit did not speak it through an agency in the scriptures.
